We serve classic English cuisine with a twist, using local suppliers such as Stephens Butchers in Glastonbury, Newmeads Dairy Farm and Griffiths in Wells.
Our Head Chef Julieann Fenemer and her team take inspiration from classic pub dishes to modern gastropub dining and create menus that change according to the seasons with specials including Panfried Lambs Liver & Bacon, Duck Breast with a Black Cherry Sauce and Rib-Eye Steak topped with Onion Marmalade and Stilton. We also serve Traditional Sunday Roast (booking advisable).
We have an intimate full table service restaurant area or if you prefer the full menu is served in the bar area. Please see sample menu for more details.
